As the coronavirus pandemic surged, the number of people getting routine immunizations fell dramatically. But you shouldn’t put off getting the vaccinations you need. Find out from your doctor whether you’re up to date on these vaccinations in particular:
- Pneumococcal vaccine
- Shingles vaccine
- Td or Tdap vaccine (for prevention of tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis)
In addition, be sure to get the annual flu shot, which will be especially important this year.
