A pilaf (which comes from an Indo-European word that means” rice porridge) is a rice side dish that is cooked in a seasoned broth, and often with sautéed onion. By extension, a pilaf can be any grain dish cooked in this manner. Our mix-and-match recipe allows you to create dozens of grain pilafs using combinations of tasty ingredients. Whipping up a healthy side dish is now a cinch!
