Create Juicy Turkey Burgers

Ground turkey is an excellent substitute for beef in a burger: Ounce for ounce, ground beef has three times the saturated fat of ground turkey breast; even extra-lean ground beef has almost twice the saturated fat. But along with the lean turkey breast's healthful virtues comes a tendency for it to be a bit dry. To compensate for that, and to make extra-flavorful burgers, we suggest a variety of mix-ins.
