Hot weather can be cruel to people who are lactose intolerant. Sweltering days cry out for ice cream! If you can’t eat dairy, here are some non-dairy alternatives to help cool down your day, and satisfy your taste buds. Most dairy-free frozen desserts are made from almond, soy, cashew nut, or coconut milks. These are some of the tastier ones. All the nutritional information is based on ½ cup serving:
